Coffee Prince

4

There is cafe near the De La Salle University - Manila (DLSU) campus that I have been meaning to try. We often pass by that cafe on our way to our tried and tested restaurants in the area.

One night after work, Thea and I finally got to dine there.

First thing I noticed when we got there were the pastries on display! Everything looked yummy!

This is what I wanted to try, but I opted for something heavier first. I told myself I'd order this after my meal

My pasta choice: Prince Penne Arrabiata
This is really goooooood. It's extremely tasty, but also extremely spicy. Serving seems small, but this is actually a very filling dish! So filling in fact that I had no room for dessert aftter :(

Thea's pasta choice: Prince Carbonara w/ Mushroom and Bacon
I actually failed to ask Thea about her food, LOL. But I think this was pretty filling too as she did not have dessert anymore after eating this.

The place is actually pretty nice. Although some areas at the second floor were pretty dark.

Shop Spotlight: Therapy Bags

0

I have had a strong affection for bags since I was a little girl-- my Mom can actually attest to this. I could spend a whole day in various malls just checking (and buying!) bags.

On one such visit to the mall, I visited Therapy Bags' stall in Glorietta. Among the NUMEROUS bags they had on display, this one caught my eye:

Cute, no? :)

Apart from bags they also sell cute trinkets.

Now my visit to the kiosk was not just to look at the bags they had; I was also looking for a particular chain bracelet they had which was sold out at the bazaar Thea and I visited a few weeks prior to this visit (You can read about it HERE). And luckily for me, I found it in their Glorietta kiosk!

Do visit their kiosk in Glorietta! It's a quaint place but full of nice stuff :)

Heat wave bazaar

2

Fran and I loves to go to various bazaars, and one of the bazaars we set our foot on was the heat wave bazaar at the World Trade Center. The bazaar was held last 13 - 15 April this year and as the names says, it has several summer items you can choose from. Here are some pieces of evidence, haha!

These shoes screams "Do you need a lift?" haha!
We tried this alternative way of waxing called "strip it". It turned out to be less painful because you can control the pressure on the strips. The not-so-nice things about using strip it is that it's so sticky and requires a lot of effort from the user. haha!
Make-up and stuff
Wooden key holders
Ribbons for your cellphones. Aren't they adorable?
iphone cases that makes you wanna have an iphone
 Accessories
Clothes
Chiffon's a hit this summer!
Cute shoes and show boxes that caught our attention

Fran saying: "no pictures please" haha!
Gelato.. anyone?
Til' our next bazaar. Ciao!
